1. Digital Delivery Policy
LAD Digital is a digital-only ecommerce business. All products available on laddigital.online are digital in nature and are delivered exclusively through electronic means. There is no physical shipping, no courier service, no postal delivery, and no physical packaging involved in any order placed on our platform.
If you were expecting a physical product, please be aware that LAD Digital does not produce or deliver any physical goods. All products are digital files or digital access credentials delivered online.
2. Instant Digital Product Delivery
The standard delivery method for all orders on laddigital.online is instant electronic delivery. Upon successful completion of payment and payment confirmation from our gateway, your purchased digital product will be made available to you immediately through one or more of the following methods:
• A secure download link delivered to your registered email address.
• Direct access through your customer account dashboard on laddigital.online.
• Access credentials or instructions provided in your order confirmation email.
In the vast majority of cases, delivery is fully automated and requires no manual processing or intervention on our part.
3. Rare Delivery Delay Policy
While instantaneous delivery is our standard, LAD Digital acknowledges that rare and exceptional circumstances may occasionally introduce a delay in product availability. In such situations — which may arise due to payment gateway verification processing, technical disruptions, server maintenance windows, banking system delays, or other unforeseen operational factors — product delivery may take up to five to six 24 hours from the time of successful payment confirmation.
We understand that waiting is never ideal, and we are committed to ensuring that any such delays are resolved as quickly as possible. If your product has not been delivered within six hours of your confirmed payment, please contact our support team immediately at laddigital@zohomail.in with your order number and payment confirmation, and we will prioritize your case.
4. Payment Verification Delays
Certain payment methods — including bank transfers, select UPI transactions, and net banking payments — may require additional time for payment confirmation from our gateway, Razorpay. In such cases, product delivery will be initiated only after full payment confirmation is received. This is a security and fraud prevention measure designed to protect both our customers and our business.
If your payment has been deducted from your bank account but your order status reflects as pending, please allow up to six hours before contacting support, as payment confirmations from some banking systems may be delayed during peak hours or banking maintenance windows.
5. Download Access
All purchased digital products are accessible via secure download links or through your customer account. Download links may carry an expiry period for security purposes. We strongly recommend downloading your purchased product promptly upon receiving access. If your download link has expired, please contact our support team and we will assist you in retrieving your access.
6. Account-Based Access
Customers with a registered account on laddigital.online can access their purchase history and associated digital products at any time by logging into their account. We recommend creating and maintaining a registered account to ensure long-term access to your purchase records and order details.
7. Email Delivery
Order confirmations, product delivery notifications, and download links are sent to the email address registered with your account at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your registered email address is valid, actively monitored, and not configured to block or filter emails from laddigital.online.
If you have not received your delivery email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting support. If the email is not found in any folder after six hours, please reach out to our team.
8. Failed Delivery Support
If you have not received your digital product within six hours of successful payment, or if you encounter any error when attempting to access your download, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Do not attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us, as we are almost always able to resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently.
To report a failed delivery, please email laddigital@zohomail.in with your full name, registered email address, order number, and a screenshot of your payment confirmation.
9. Technical Issues and Support
Occasionally, technical factors beyond our control may affect the delivery or accessibility of digital products. These may include temporary email server issues, hosting provider maintenance, or platform updates. Our team actively monitors delivery systems to identify and resolve such issues with minimal disruption.

10. International Availability
